We're thinking of going up to John Bryan S.P. this Saturday so
CardinalMom can test her Shavian translation skills. Anyone have any
updates on the many boxes in this park? TIA.

Just wanted to say a friend and I did some of the John Bryan boxes today! We
found #2 and #3 boxes of Flyfisher's Tree Frog series. Also found the Resting
Spot, John Bryan Park, and the Trailside letterboxes by franzsolo. The
Trailside one's a bit tricky at the moment -- the Susan B Anthony Sycamore has been
cut off about 4' up and there's no dedication sign anymore... We did not find
franzsolo's Mystery Hiker 2002.
Good luck! Lovely place but the bug spray is definitely a must-have!

sure! this will be my first exchange. we don't expect to get to the
park until noonish on saturday and plan to stay til after lunch on
sunday. hopefully there will be camping sites when we get there!
when and where do you want to meet? maybe we should exchange info
privately or underground, so as not to bother these kind list people
with our details.

My son (Mudd Puppy) and I recently found all 3 Proto Tree Frog
boxes and another 3 frog boxes. (Sorry, I can't remember which
series it was.) Also found Horace Mann and JB Park. Could not
figure out how to get to the Glenn Helen box. I think we started at
the wrong entrance.
We lost the lid to one of the micro boxes. Mudd Puppy dropped it,
and we couldn't find it in the underbrush. Would you mind
carrying an extra film canister lid with you in case you encounter
that box? I would really appreciate it!

Sure - we'll be glad to do it. At least you lost it out in the
wild. We once retrieved a microbox and were stamping in inside our
van and managed to lose the can! Luckily, we has a spare along.
Never did find that stupid thing...
